CELLULITIS

  C ellulitis is the bacterial infection of the skin and underlying tissues that causes redness and swelling in cellulitis an area of the skin and underlying tissues become infected to bacteria that enters through a small possible unnoticed wound. the infection causes redness, pain and swelling and most commonly affected the legs. cellulitis may lead to boils and carbuncles. causes   Elderly peoples are especially vulnerable to cellulitis because many of them have poor circulation, which leads to oedema or leg ulcers. these problems increase the risk of infection. other risk factors  for cellulitis include  intravenous drugs abusers  insects bites and stings, bites animals (skin wounds) diabetes and aids  recent cardiovascular, pulmonary (lungs), dentals or other procedure symptoms   Redness and swelling , that increases in size as the infection spreads  Warmth in the affected area in the area  Pain and tenderness in the area  Fever and chill vomiting  Joint stiffness caused by swellin
