our  country has till not not witnessed the spike in the cases.the  numbers will be go up from june  and  the end of 4.0 lockdown there will be a community spread.
By december  this year  half  of indian population may get infected with the virus but  best part will be  that mostly like  90 % of them will not know that they are infected .
only 5% of the cases  that will have to be treated with adequate high flow oxygen and nearly same would require ventilator support.
when the lockdown will be  lifted ,it is important that states  have to be fully geared up with medical necessities to handle increased in case especially those which will required  intensive care and  vantilators.
To prepare the states to handle the covid the  ICMR  under the direction of  prime minister has directed all the states to setup at least two covid  laboratories in each districts.
